Although the human bone growth usually stops at age 18-25 years, but after that period there are still some ways and tips that can increase body height ranging from a few centimeter to 10 centimeter.
Results of each person will differ, depending on other factors, such as healthy living habits, environment, sleep position is wrong, excessive dieting, etc..
